Notice of Public Hearing

A public hearing will be held before the Maupin City Council on Wednesday, January 27^th 2010 to consider the adoption of Systems Development Charges (SDCs). The meeting will start at 6:30 pm in the City Park Building 206 Bakeoven County Rd, Maupin. In accordance with ORS 223.304 section (7) a, a copy of the complete methodology will be available for public review at Maupin City Hall 60 days prior to the public hearing. Copies will be available at a reasonable fee. The public meeting is open to the public and is accessible to persons with disabilities.
